The 2023 Victorian Optimist State Championship was hosted by the Mornington Yacht Club on 11 to 13 March 2023, on the waters of Port Phillip Bay adjacent to Mornington Yacht Club.
Murray Duthie, from WA, competed as an interstate competitor and finished 1st overall in the Championship. Congratulations on an amazing weekend of sailing Murray, achieving some fantastic results in a super strong fleet of sailors!
